Atepha (Atti) Azizi
Casa Teacher
Atti Azizi brings more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, with
a deep foundation in Montessori philosophy and a vibrant love for learning that
children find contagious. She holds her Early Childhood Montessori Teacher
Diploma from the Toronto Montessori Institute and is certified to teach infant,
toddler, and preschool-aged children through the Department of Early Education and
Care in Boston.
Atti’s classrooms are full of color, creativity, and kindness—qualities she brings from
her background in art and architecture. She believes that beauty, order, and joyful
experiences are central to a child’s learning environment. Her studies in color theory
and her passion for expressive materials shine through in her daily work with children.
She sees the prepared environment not just as a classroom, but as a canvas that
reflects the uniqueness of every child.
Montessori education has profoundly shaped Atti’s life, guiding her to honor each
child’s rhythm, independence, and innate curiosity. She is especially skilled at creating
calm, loving spaces where children feel secure and capable. Atti has worked in
Montessori schools across Canada and the U.S., bringing a global perspective and a
compassionate heart to everything she does.
Outside of the classroom, Atti continues to study, reflect, and grow.
A lifelong
learner, she brings not only knowledge, but joy, patience, and artistry into her teaching
practice every day.
