Stephanie Budenstein is a highly experienced Montessori educator with over 25 years dedicated to nurturing the hearts and minds of young children. Trained through the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), Stephanie brings an unwavering commitment to authentic Montessori education and a deep understanding of child development.
Her teaching journey has spanned vibrant communities from Key West to the greater Boston area. For 11 years, she served as a beloved Primary Lead Guide in Key West before returning to Massachusetts, where she has led classrooms at well-regarded schools such as Walnut Park Montessori, Needham Montessori, and most recently, Beacon Montessori in Weston.
Known for her calm presence, deep empathy, and joyful approach to learning, Stephanie creates environments that are beautiful, peaceful, and purposefully designed to meet the needs of every child. She integrates emotional intelligence, creativity, and respect for each child’s individuality into her daily practice. A skilled communicator and strong advocate for peace education, she also brings experience with Conscious Discipline, sign language, and family collaboration to the classroom.
Stephanie holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Eastern Nazarene College and an AMI Primary certification from the Southern Montessori Institute in Miami. She believes in guiding each child toward their fullest potential by honoring their natural curiosity, fostering independence, and building a lifelong love of learning.
