Taraneh Fadiani

Hello! My name is Taraneh Fadiani, and I am a dedicated educator with a deep passion for the development and education of young children, especially infants and toddlers. As a certified lead teacher with 19 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and care to my teaching, with a strong commitment to Montessori education and the principles of responsive parenting.

Before transitioning into education, I worked as a nurse, which gave me a profound

understanding of empathy, attention to detail, and the importance of nurturing care—skills that now greatly influence my approach in the classroom. I view every child’s development as a unique journey, and I am dedicated to following the child, allowing them to grow at their own pace in a supportive and loving environment.

As a mother of two, I deeply understand the joys and challenges of raising young children. This personal experience, combined with my professional background, allows me to care for each child as if they were my own. I am committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, respected, and supported in their individual learning path.

My goal is to foster an environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive through a balance of Montessori principles and responsive caregiving. I am excited to be a part of the Kindernest Montessori community, contributing to the growth and development of young learners with love, care, and dedication.
